In-studio and Virtual
Personal Training
Our signature 30-minute semi-private sessions are efficient, effective, and fully tailored to your needs. Whether working one-on-one a particular day or in a small group (2–4 people), every session follows your personalized program – adjusted by expert coaches to meet your fitness level, goals, and any injuries or limitations.
What You’ll Get:
- A customized training plan built around your body and goals
- Fitness re-assessments every 12 workouts or 6 weeks followed by new programs/exercise movements
- Semi-private sessions that offer accountability and support in a personal, focused environment
- Expert coaching with injury-informed progressions and real accountability
- Access to virtual sessions via Zoom, keeping you on track for wherever life takes you
- Optional Titleist Performance Institute certified golf assessments within the app to tell you your handicap and what you need to improve performance and mobility on the course

In-studio and Virtual
Nutrition Coaching
Our personalized Nutrition Coaching program helps you fuel your body with purpose so you can reach your goals faster and feel better doing it. We meet with you in-studio or virtually to conduct a full nutrition assessment, examining your habits, goals, and physiology to create a plan that works for your life – not against it.
We’ll help you identify what’s holding you back, learn what truly works for your body, and follow simple, sustainable strategies – from realistic meal plans to long-term habit-building.
What You’ll Get:
- A comprehensive assessment, including a 3-day food journal, health questionnaires, and habits review
- A 30-minute coaching session ($87) with tailored guidance
- A mini body assessment (weight, body fat %, circumferences, and optional progress photos) for in-person clients – or send your own if virtual.
- 2–3 personalized meal plans based on your goals, lifestyle, and body type or blood type-specific or ayurvedic nutrition plans.
- Optional upgrades for hair analysis (1,400+ sensitivities including foods, chemicals, and more)
Massage Therapy
Massage isn’t just a feel-good add-on – it’s a vital part of recovery, mobility, and long-term wellness. Our clinical/sports massage sessions are designed to relieve pain, reduce tension, and help your body perform at its best.
Every session is personalized to your body’s current needs using various techniques, including trigger point therapy, cupping, stretching, and myofascial tools.

Reiki Energy Work
Your body doesn’t just hold tension – it holds energy. Reiki is a gentle healing practice that promotes relaxation, rebalancing, and emotional release. Whether addressing physical discomfort or mental overload, our no-judgment approach meets you where you are.
Reiki Master Catherine guides sessions on specific issues and the full-body energy system.
